Elementor & Elementor Pro

Image Optimizer

Used to compress and convert images to WebP / AVIF formats, improving load times. This plugin processes only image files stored on the site and does not collect personal data.

Site Mailer (SMTP Replacement)

Used to handle outgoing emails from the website (e.g. contact form submissions). This ensures reliable delivery but may temporarily log sender/recipient information, timestamps, and status for troubleshooting. Logs are retained for 30 days.

Google reCAPTCHA v3

We use Google reCAPTCHA v3 on this site to protect forms from spam and abuse. The service analyses interactions on the website to determine whether an action is made by a human or automated software.

This involves processing of technical data, such as IP address, mouse movements, and time spent on the page, which is transmitted to Google LLC.

The service is provided under Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Duplicator

Used for backup and migration purposes. Backups may include copies of site files and database entries but are stored securely and only accessible by authorised administrators.
